Qualifications

• 5+ years of consulting experience in the U.S.
• Proven client-relationship track record in IT services or custom software
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in digital transformation or modernization programs in large enterprises
• Advanced English (written and spoken)
• Strong technical understanding of IT projects
• Exceptional leadership and relationship-building abilities
• U.S. residency or valid U.S. visa with availability to travel to the U.S. quarterly

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to C-level and VP-level executives within large enterprise organizations;
• Define and lead strategic initiatives related to digital transformation, modernization, and AI adoption;
• Partner with clients to shape AI strategies, identify high-impact use cases, and support end-to-end execution of these initiatives;
• Help organizations translate complex technical concepts into actionable business outcomes through a consulting approach;
• Oversee account performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement;
• Travel to the U.S. quarterly to meet clients and strengthen relationships.
