Qualifications

• Over 10 years in progressive program or project management.
• 5+ years leading complex enterprise software, technology, platform, or digital transformation implementations.
• Experience guiding multi‑workstream programs across business, technology, data, security, governance, and organizational change.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies, especially generative AI in enterprise contexts.
• Experience implementing, integrating, adopting, or scaling AI-enabled capabilities.
• Ability to navigate complex architectures, data ecosystems, and dependencies.
• Experience developing and executing organizational change-management and adoption plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale generative AI programs from planning through deployment, adoption, and optimization.
• Translate business objectives and technical requirements into an integrated strategy, roadmap, and measurable delivery plan.
• Develop adoption plans addressing change management, communications, training, and user readiness.
• Establish governance, success metrics, and scalable roadmaps for embedding AI capabilities across client organizations.
• Ensure decisions align with business outcomes, security, governance, and responsible AI practices.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to resolve issues and maintain alignment across teams.
• Lead cross-functional teams, manage multiple workstreams, and ensure accountable ownership.
