The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection is seeking an AI Architect to define and govern our AI strategy, architecture, platforms, and solutions. This leader will bridge business goals with Generative AI, ML, agents, and intelligent automation, ensuring scalable, secure, and governance-aligned implementations across the enterprise.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 10+ years of enterprise technology architecture experience.
• 5+ years designing and implementing AI/ML solutions.
• Experience leading large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Experience delivering cloud-native solutions in Azure, AWS, or GCP environments.

Responsabilidades

• Define enterprise AI architecture standards, roadmaps, governance, and operating models.
• Design scalable AI platforms supporting multiple business use-cases.
• Create end-to-end AI solutions including Generative AI, AI Agents, ML, and automation.
• Define data integration strategies with ERP/CRM, data warehouses, and APIs.
• Establish AI governance, security, and risk assessment practices.
• Provide architectural leadership and mentor AI engineers and data scientists.
• Communicate strategies to executive stakeholders and drive AI adoption.
