The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection is seeking an experienced Senior AI Developer to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade generative AI solutions using AWS Bedrock, Python, and modern cloud-native architectures. Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior AI Developer to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade generative AI solutions using AWS Bedrock, Python, and modern cloud-native architectures. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), agentic AI systems, API development, and scalable AWS cloud services. The role involves building AI-powered applications, integrating foundation models through AWS Bedrock, developing intelligent agents, and collaborating with business and technology teams to deliver secure, scalable, and production-ready AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

AI & Generative AI Development

Design and develop enterprise AI applications using AWS Bedrock foundation models. Build conversational AI assistants, intelligent agents, and AI-powered automation solutions. Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures using vector databases and enterprise knowledge sources. Develop prompt engineering frameworks and optimize prompts for accuracy and performance. Evaluate and benchmark foundation models for specific business use cases. Implement guardrails, responsible AI controls, and model monitoring.

Software Engineering

Develop scalable backend services using Python and FastAPI. Design RESTful APIs and microservices supporting AI workloads. Build reusable AI components and frameworks for enterprise adoption. Create automated testing, CI/CD, and deployment pipelines. Optimize application performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.

Implement cloud-native architectures and infrastructure-as-code. Ensure security, governance, and compliance requirements are met. Develop solutions leveraging AWS services including: AWS Bedrock Amazon S3 AWS Lambda ECS/Fargate Amazon RDS DynamoDB CloudWatch IAM API Gateway Step Functions LangChain Data & AI Integration.

Data & AI Integration

Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems and data platforms. Build data pipelines to ingest, process, and curate content for AI applications. Design vector stores and embedding pipelines. Enable AI access to structured and unstructured enterprise data.

Leadership & Collaboration

Provide technical leadership for AI initiatives. Mentor developers and engineers on AI best practices. Collaborate with architects, product owners, data scientists, and business stakeholders. Participate in solution architecture and technical design reviews.

Required Qualifications

• Education Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.
• Experience 8+ years of software development experience.
• 2+ years developing AI/ML or Generative AI solutions.
• Hands-on experience with AWS Bedrock in production environments.
• Experience building enterprise-scale applications using Python.
• Technical Skills Advanced Python programming.
• FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
• AWS cloud services.
