The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection is seeking an experienced Senior AI Developer to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade generative AI solutions using AWS Bedrock, Python, and modern cloud-native architectures. You will work with LLMs, RAG, and agentic AI systems to deliver secure, scalable AI applications across business teams.

• Education at least a Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop enterprise AI applications using AWS Bedrock foundation models.
• Build conversational AI assistants, intelligent agents, and AI-powered automation solutions.
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures with vector databases and enterprise knowledge sources.
• Develop prompt engineering frameworks and optimize prompts for accuracy and performance.
• Evaluate and benchmark foundation models for specific business use cases.
