JPMorganChase is seeking a Manager of Software Engineering to guide multiple teams within the EMEA Last Mile Regulatory Reporting group in Corporate Technology. You will lead engineers, plan day-to-day activities, and ensure delivery aligns with regulatory requirements and business needs.

The role emphasizes hands-on delivery, mentorship, and collaboration with cross-functional partners to build secure, scalable software solutions in a regulated financial environment.

Formación

• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts.
• 5+ years applied experience in software engineering and leading technology projects.
• Experience managing technologists and delivering system design, development, testing, and operations.
• Proficient in automation and continuous delivery methods and SDLC end-to-end.
• Advanced understanding of agile methodologies including CI/CD, resiliency, and security.
• Knowledge of financial services IT systems and regulatory environments.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python).
• Practical cloud-native experience with AWS/Databricks.
