Marvik is seeking an Embedded Software & Controls Engineer to develop machine-control software for heavy equipment. You will work on low-level drivers, BSPs, and application-level control logic using C/C++ on microcontrollers, with model-based design in MATLAB/Simulink.

You will design, simulate, and verify control logic, interface with sensors and actuators, and contribute to code reviews and CI in an Agile team. Travel to the US is expected on occasion.

Formación

• Experience developing embedded C/C++ on microcontrollers (bare-metal).
• Ability to translate requirements into control models and embedded implementations.
• Knowledge of control systems and hardware/software interfaces with sensors/actuators.
• Debug embedded software across firmware, electronics and machine behavior.
• Strong software engineering basics: unit testing, Git workflows, code reviews, CI.
• Collaborative in an Agile engineering team; willing to travel to the US.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain embedded C/C++ software for microcontrollers, including bare-metal firmware, drivers, BSPs.
• Translate requirements into control models and software designs with cross-team collaboration.
• Design, simulate, verify control logic using MATLAB/Simulink; unit test models.
• Develop machine-control applications interfacing with sensors, joysticks, hydraulics.
• Debug and validate software across the embedded stack on hardware.
• Participate in Agile process; maintain traceability and documentation; Polarion.
• Contribute to code reviews, version control, automated builds, and CI (GitHub/Jenkins/GCC).
