ON.energy is hiring a Software & Controls Engineer to design and implement control software for energy storage and power infrastructure. You will develop PLC/HMI/embedded software, integrate SCADA systems, and participate in FAT/SAT testing and field deployments.

The role bridges software, controls, and field engineering, collaborating with vendors and clients to ensure safe, reliable operation of energy projects.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Controls, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience developing PLC, HMI, and control software for industrial or energy systems.
• Strong object-oriented programming skills (C++, C#, Python).

Responsabilidades

• Design, model, and implement control algorithms for energy storage and power infrastructure.
• Develop PLC, HMI, and embedded/control software for energy systems.
• Configure and maintain SCADA systems for BESS and power projects.
• Write clean, maintainable code with CI/CD workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and document technical work.
• Support FATs, SATs, and field deployments.
