Prometeo Talent is partnering with an IT Services company to hire a Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) Engineer. You will design, build, and improve HIL rigs for automotive and embedded environments, leading integration across product areas and validating ECU updates using Vector tools.

The role demands a strong electronics background, hands-on HIL experience, Python and CAPL scripting, and knowledge of CAN/LIN/Ethernet protocols. Relocation to Sweden or Poland is offered.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Physics or related field.
• 10+ years of relevant automotive/embedded experience.
• Hands-on experience with HIL and automated test systems using Vector tools.
• Proficiency in Python and CAPL for scripting/automation.
• Strong understanding of CAN, LIN, Ethernet automotive protocols.
• Experience with Vector hardware (VT System modules, RT Rack, NIC).

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain HIL rigs at component and domain levels.
• Lead integration activities across multiple product areas.
• Commission, configure, and validate HIL test objects.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware-related issues (wiring, harnesses, simulation elements).
• Manage ECU updates and component configurations.
• Develop and enhance network simulations (gateways, signal manipulation).
• Execute manual software downloads for core ECUs.
