Job summary

UN/COMMON is a digital experience and marketing agency seeking an experienced Email Designer to support email marketing and retention-focused creative initiatives across multiple ecommerce clients. You will design high-performing email campaigns, lifecycle flows, and related assets to drive retention and engagement.

Collaborate with retention strategists, marketers, copywriters, and creatives to deliver on time and to scope.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional email design experience for ecommerce or agency clients.
• Experience with D2C email marketing and lifecycle retention.
• Proficiency in Figma (components, variants, auto-layout) and Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

• Design high-performing email campaigns and automated lifecycle flows for ecommerce brands.
• Create visually compelling, conversion-focused assets aligned with brand guidelines.
• Develop email concepts, layouts, and visual systems to support retention.
• Collaborate with retention strategists, marketers, copywriters, and creatives to meet scope.
• Deliver projects from concept to final delivery while ensuring quality.
