Formación

• 3+ years of professional software development experience focusing on backend development.
• Proficiency with Elixir and the Phoenix framework.
• Experience with OTP, concurrent and distributed systems, and functional programming.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain backend systems and APIs using Elixir and Phoenix.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate requirements into scalable services.
• Own features from conception to launch with technical specs and clean code.
• Write unit and integration tests; participate in code reviews to ensure quality.
• Identify bottlenecks, fix bugs, and improve performance, scalability, and fault tolerance.
• Stay up-to-date with Elixir ecosystem trends to drive innovation.
