Baker Hughes is seeking a Sales Coordinator for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin. The role emphasizes full commercial ownership from prospecting to contract negotiation, leveraging technical expertise and strong customer engagement.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver service value, manage client relationships, and drive opportunities across bits, fluids, motors, MWD/LWD, and RSS, with a focus on quality and compliance.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in Directional Drilling, MWD/LWD, motors, RSS, or BHA optimization.
• Strong understanding of wellbore data interpretation and drilling KPIs.
• Experience working with operators in shale basins such as Vaca Muerta.
• Proven ability to manage technical sales cycles and influence engineering/procurement.
• Excellent communication to translate technical data into commercial value.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin.
• Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, technical scoping, pricing, proposals, and contract negotiation.
• Build and maintain relationships with key operators and drilling contractors.
• Deliver technical presentations, performance reviews, and post-well analysis to demonstrate value.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and product lines to ensure service quality and satisfaction.
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across bits, fluids, motors, MWD/LWD, RSS.
• Support tender submissions, commercial models, and contract renewals to secure long-term business.
• Maintain accurate pipelines, forecasts, and customer intelligence in CRM.
• Ensure compliance with local HSE requirements and company standards.
