Baker Hughes is seeking a Commercial Lead for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin. You will develop and execute the commercial strategy, drive growth through customer engagement, and manage the full sales cycle with cross-functional teams.

The role requires deep technical sales experience in Directional Drilling, MWD/LWD, motors, RSS or BHA optimization, strong communication, and the ability to translate technical value into commercial results.

Formación

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Directional Drilling, MWD/LWD, motors, RSS, or BHA optimization.
• Strong understanding of wellbore data interpretation, drilling KPIs, and performance drivers.
• Experience with operators in shale basins such as Vaca Muerta.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin.
• Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, technical scoping, pricing, proposals, and contract negotiation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key operators and drilling contractors.
• Deliver technical presentations, performance reviews, and post-well analysis to demonstrate service value.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and product lines to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across bits, fluids, motors, MWD/LWD, and RSS.
• Support tender submissions, commercial models, and contract renewals to secure long-term business.
• Maintain accurate opportunity pipelines, forecasts, and customer intelligence within CRM systems.
• Ensure compliance with local HSE requirements and company standards.
