EY is seeking an Early Careers Recruiting Coordinator to support and execute our Early Careers recruiting strategy. You will coordinate candidate interviews, manage communications, and assist with onboarding and reporting tasks to recruiters and TA2 teams.

The role involves handling ATS processes, candidate updates, and risk management steps across the hiring cycle, from offers to evaluations, with a focus on candidate experience.

Formación

• 0-2 years of experience in recruiting or related discipline preferred.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in related discipline or equivalent work experience.
• Fluency in English, verbal and written.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate the administration of the Early Careers recruiting strategy.
• Track and report on candidates using the ATS.
• Support resume, transcripts, onboarding and pre-hire requirements.
