EY seeks an Exceptional Candidate Experience (ECE) Coordinator - Associate to support branding across the candidate journey. You will coordinate events, communications, and onboarding programs, partnering with TA2 recruiters and cross-functional teams.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in marketing, communications, recruiting, or employer branding, with strong organizational skills and proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Teams.

Formación

• 1-2 years of experience in marketing, communications, recruiting, talent acquisition, employer branding, project coordination, events, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy, quality, and follow-through.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to follow established processes, take direction, and execute projects efficiently while identifying potential issues and escalating as appropriate.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Teams.
• Experience coordinating projects, events, communications, or stakeholder activities is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Support attraction, branding, candidate experience, and onboarding initiatives through coordination, deliverable tracking, mailbox management, event production, and implementation.
• Assist in developing and distributing candidate-facing communications, presentations, marketing materials, event collateral, and branding assets aligned with EY employer brand standards.
• Gather insights on candidate expectations, competitor activity, recruiting trends, and event learnings to inform branding and candidate experience initiatives.
• Coordinate logistics and administrative activities for recruiting events, conferences, attraction campaigns, onboarding programs, and other talent-focused initiatives.
• Create and maintain project plans, timelines, status trackers, and documentation to ensure timely completion of deliverables and effective communication among stakeholders.
• Collaborate with recruiters, stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to coordinate project details and fulfill execution activities.
