Job summary

EY is seeking an Early Careers Attraction Project Manager to coordinate campus engagement and university relationships across recruiting teams, alumni, and campus partners. The role focuses on executing campus strategy plans, governance, events, budget tracking, and reporting, with virtual coordination of stakeholder groups.

You will partner with URLs, client-serving professionals, and university stakeholders to ensure resources, tools, and guidance are in place.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in recruiting, talent operations, or stakeholder-facing roles.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Experience with recruiting systems, CRM tools, or candidate tracking platforms.
• Strong relationship management skills across diverse stakeholder groups.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and remotely support university engagement activities by partnering with URLs, client-serving professionals, alumni, and recruiting stakeholders to execute targeted campus initiatives.
• Support event planning, logistics, outreach, communications, and coordination to ensure successful campus engagement.
• Serve as the primary contact for stakeholder teams, ensuring resources, materials, guidance, and information are available to support university relationships and recruiting activities.
• Communicate with candidates identified from school teams who are interested in EY opportunities.
• Manage engagement requests and align campus activities with talent priorities and market needs.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to tailor engagement approaches based on priorities and evolving talent needs.
• Track milestones, stakeholder commitments, and engagement outcomes with leadership reporting.
