EY GDS in Argentina seeks an Early Careers Attraction Project Manager (Supervising Associate) to coordinate campus strategies and manage university engagement remotely. You will align recruiting activities, alumni input, and campus partners, ensuring teams have tools, materials, and guidance for successful engagement and relationships.

Formación

• 5-7 years of experience in recruiting, talent operations, or stakeholder-facing roles.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and adapt priorities as needs change.
• Experience with recruiting systems, CRM tools, or candidate tracking platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and remotely support university engagement activities with URLs, clients, alumni, and recruiting stakeholders to execute campus initiatives.
• Support event planning, logistics, outreach, communications, and operational coordination for campus engagement.
• Serve as primary contact for stakeholder teams, ensuring resources, guidance, and information to support university relationships and recruiting activities.
• Communicate with candidates identified by school teams about EY career opportunities.
• Manage engagement requests and align campus activities with talent priorities and local market needs.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to tailor engagement approaches based on priorities and evolving needs.
• Track milestones, commitments, and engagement outcomes; provide regular updates and recommendations to leadership.
