Hilton is seeking a Manager on Duty to oversee hotel operations during the General Manager's absence and to deliver memorable guest experiences. You will lead front desk and related team members, ensure policy compliance, and respond to guest inquiries with warmth and efficiency.

Formación

• Experience in hospitality management or hotel operations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead teams and deliver consistent guest experiences.

Responsabilidades

• Manage daily hotel operations: front desk, staffing, room inventory and policy compliance.
• Delight our guests with a friendly, proactive service approach and quick issue resolution.
• Assist across departments including bell service and front desk during peak periods.
• Monitor property safety, security and service quality, addressing issues promptly.
• Provide regular team updates and training on hotel offerings and local attractions.
• Track guest satisfaction metrics and implement improvements as needed.
• Inspire and develop the team to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
