Rebill is looking for a senior engineering leader to run day-to-day engineering, ensuring reliability, delivery, and a strong technical bar across our payments platform in the Latin American markets.

You will lead a small in-house team plus external partners, report to the CTO, and own everything from code to production readiness. This hands-on role demands current coding experience and deep fintech know‑how.

Formación

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with leadership responsibility.
• Directly led teams of engineers (3+ people) delivering production-grade systems.
• Hands-on contributor who writes and reviews code.
• Experience working with external engineering partners or agencies.
• Strong background in distributed systems and event-driven architectures.
• Fluent in English and Spanish to coordinate with international stakeholders.
• Familiarity with AI tools used to accelerate development.

Responsabilidades

• Own reliability, uptime, incident response and observability of the platform.
• Lead quarterly technical roadmap, release cadence and delivery commitments.
• Maintain engineering standards, testing, and on-call documentation.
• Prioritize time-to-market by simplifying integrations with new acquirers.
• Manage in-house and external teams to deliver scalable payments infrastructure.
• Defend architectural decisions with data and cost considerations.
