TP is seeking a senior operations manager to plan, oversee, and optimize the performance of one or more operating units. The role focuses on strengthening sales culture, governance, and process structure while controlling attrition. You will build budgets, align with corporate KPIs, and manage client relationships to fulfill service contracts. A strong leadership track record and change management experience are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering or Finance; internal candidates may be approved without a university degree.
• Postgraduate or Master's degree is optional but desirable.
• 8–10 years of BPO managerial experience in inbound/outbound call center or BPO without a degree.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and coordinate strategies to improve profitability, productivity and efficiency in all operations.
• Manage compliance with Financial, Operational and KPIs.
• Design and present annual operating budgets and reforecast to the VP of Operations.
