Bluelight Consulting is seeking a Project Manager for a remote role covering Latin America. You will lead Agile teams, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, and drive projects from concept to delivery across multiple clients.

You will develop goals, schedules, and budgets, allocate resources, and maintain thorough documentation and metrics to ensure quality and on-time delivery. Collaboration with stakeholders and proactive risk management are essential in this fast-paced consultancy.

Formación

• Experience leading Scrum teams within Agile environments.
• Ability to define project goals, schedules, and budgets.
• Proven track record of aligning resources with project needs.
• Experience developing and documenting project plans and metrics.
• Strong communication of project progress and quality.
• Proactive in identifying and resolving project issues.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Scrum ceremonies and guide Agile teams.
