Job summary

Qualifications

• Law degree and admission to practice in relevant jurisdiction.
• 2+ years corporate law experience in a major law firm and/or financial institution.
• Working knowledge of contract review and legal analysis.
• Excellent English language skills (spoken and written).
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative team work abilities.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a range of corporate documents with clients.
