Formación

• Licensed attorney admitted to practice in the jurisdiction of the position.
• At least 3 years of relevant legal experience in a law firm or in-house department.
• Background in financial services regulation or supporting a regulated business.
• Proactive problem-solver with openness to new technologies and tools.
• Excellent legal research and writing skills, with ability to distill developments for non-legal audiences.
• Ability to build strong relationships with business teams and colleagues.
• Self-starter who can manage competing priorities independently.
• Comfort with rapid change and diverse subject matters.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide practical, risk-based legal guidance for digital products, identity, authentication, and fraud prevention.
• Advise on product development, strategy, and regulatory risk for new use cases.
• Collaborate with senior counsel and business teams across a broad range of digital products.
• Support governance, policy development, disclosures, and customer communications.
• Monitor laws and enforcement trends impacting the product suite and provide actionable recommendations.
• Draft and update customer agreements, terms, and disclosures as needed.
• Translate regulatory developments for stakeholders and drive changes to processes.
• Contribute to policies, procedures, and controls within the legal function.
• Identify and elevate material risks with clear options and recommendations.
