Avature is seeking QA Engineers to join a quality-driven team. You will work on automated testing, end-to-end validation, and close collaboration with product and development teams to deliver high-quality software.

Candidates should have hands-on test automation experience, a technical background, and excellent English communication. The role supports flexible remote work with in-person collaboration across Buenos Aires offices and other Argentine cities.

Responsabilidades

• Develop automated tests and maintain test suites (Selenium focus).
• Design comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Assist QAs in using the framework across teams.
• Perform end-to-end testing including features, fixes, and refactors.
• Analyze bug reports, reproduce steps, and triage to development.
• Provide feedback on requirements and test strategies.
• Familiarize with team tools, frameworks, and languages.
• Promote QA policies and best practices.
• Identify testing needs and propose automation solutions.

Position available for candidates based in La Plata, Bahía Blanca, CABA, Cordóba, Rosario, or Mendoza.

Our QA Engineers are actively involved in every step of the development process, from feature planning to release, working hand-in-hand with the product and development teams.

Your Challenges And Objectives

• Gain full understanding of product specifications.
• Obtain thorough knowledge of our complex and highly configurable platform.
• Work hand-in-hand with all company teams, understanding their different needs.
• Add value to the product life cycle from step one.
• Deliver a high-quality product.
• Act as a promoter of QA culture.
• Maintain an optimal automation coverage.

Your Day-to-day Activities

• Help with development of automated tests (mainly with Selenium)
• Design test plans.
• Support other QAs on how to use the framework in their teams.
• Do integral and end-to-end testing (features, bug fixes, and refactors).
• Receive bug reports from customer-facing teams, analyze them, find steps to reproduce them, and route them to development.
• Provide feedback on requirement specs.
• Get acquainted with your team's tools, frameworks, and programming languages.
• Promote and apply QA policies and best practices.
• Detect needs related to testing and automation, and propose solutions.

About You

• Hands-on experience in test automation tools and frameworks (such as Selenium).
• Knowledge or understanding of any programming language is a plus.
• Curious and analytical.
• Technical academic background or experience is a plus.
• Experience in BBD testing (Gherkin, Cucumber, Behave).
• Good understanding of written and oral English.
• Proactive, final-user oriented, and a team player.
• Strong communication skills.
• Comfortable using AI tools in day-to-day work and genuinely interested in staying up to date with emerging AI capabilities.
