BairesDev in Argentina is seeking a skilled UX Designer to shape intuitive, high-impact digital experiences. You will translate user needs into elegant interfaces and work closely with product and engineering to deliver value.

You will lead user research, craft wireframes and prototypes in Figma, and help establish scalable design systems with WCAG-aligned accessibility. This fully remote role offers flexible hours and a global, mentor-driven environment. Excellent compensation in USD.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI Design or related product design roles.
• Proficiency with Figma for wireframes and prototypes.
• Experience building and maintaining design systems with WCAG accessibility.
• Hands-on experience conducting user research informing design decisions.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

UX Designer at BairesDev

As a UX Designer, you will lead the creation of intuitive and high-impact digital experiences, focusing on the seamless integration of user needs and interface design. You will act as the primary design advocate, transforming complex requirements into functional and delightful products that resonate with users.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct deep user research and audits to uncover behavioral patterns and inform information architecture.
• Translate conceptual ideas into tangible artifacts, ranging from initial sketches and paper wireframes to high-fidelity digital prototypes in Figma.
• Establish and evolve scalable design systems to ensure visual coherence and efficiency across diverse product ecosystems.
• Advocate for and implement accessibility standards to ensure inclusive digital experiences for all users.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management and Engineering, to align design initiatives with business goals.
• Facilitate iterative design cycles through user testing and peer reviews to refine the user journey and interface.

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI Design or related product design roles.
• Proven expertise in creating user experiences using Figma for wireframing and prototyping.
• Proficiency in establishing and maintaining design systems while applying accessibility standards like WCAG.
