DEPT is seeking a passionate Visual Designer to create engaging designs that spark conversations between people and brands. You’ll work with strategists, designers, and copywriters to deliver impactful visuals that meet client briefs and reflect DEPT's design standards.

Based in Argentina, you’ll collaborate with teams abroad, contributing high‑fidelity assets for social, email templates, presentations, and website components while maintaining brand consistency and strong typography.

• Strong visual design, digital, interactive, brand design, typography.

THE ROLE:

As a Visual Designer, you will be creating engaging designs that start conversations between people and brands. You’ll work within a team of strategists, designers, and copywriters to deliver impactful designs that fulfil client briefs and communicate DEPT®’s standard of Design.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Closely collaborate with multidisciplinary teams of talented people.
• Create high‑fidelity visual assets, including social media graphics, email templates, presentation decks, and website components.
• Apply and maintain brand guidelines across all projects to ensure a consistent "look and feel".
• Support the creation of custom icons, illustrations, and UI elements that enhance the user experience.
• Build polished presentations in Figma/Google Docs and deliver precise, developer‑ready asset kits and documentation.

WHAT YOU BRING:

• We’re open to see all different levels of experience.
• Agency experience is a plus.
• Experience in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Google Workspace.
• Knowledge of visual design, digital, interactive, brand design, and typography.
• Ability to build high‑quality presentations and confidently articulate design decisions to stakeholders at all levels.
• A great teammate that supports their colleagues and doesn’t act as an individual.
• Has a desire to embrace new skills and challenges.

TAKE INTO ACCOUNT:

• You will have to communicate with your team members abroad, therefore fluency in English and excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) are a must for this role.
