Job summary

MetLife Argentina is seeking an actuary to lead pricing tools for the Dental Pricing team, influencing pricing strategy and financial performance. You will manage data-driven updates, conduct experience studies, and support regulatory filings while collaborating with underwriting, product and compliance teams.

The role requires strong actuarial modeling, advanced Excel, and experience with data platforms; a proactive, detail-oriented mindset is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience with actuarial or financial modeling and large data sets.
• Advanced Excel; experience with SQL, Alteryx, Databricks.
• Ability to use AI-enabled tools to accelerate analysis.
• Strong communication with technical and regulatory stakeholders.
• Proactive, ownership oriented with multitask management.

Responsibilities

• Own and enhance dental pricing tools with data-driven updates.
• Coordinate pricing system updates and approvals with Underwriting.
• Lead renewal analyses, experience studies, and data analysis.
• Perform regulatory pricing work including rate filings and LLR filings.
• Partner with Underwriting, Product, Contracts and Compliance on initiatives.
