Job summary

EPAM Systems Inc is seeking a Delivery Manager to lead AI delivery initiatives, align teams and partners, and keep complex work organized end-to-end. You will manage risks, scope, and ensure priorities connect to company objectives.

You will drive collaborations across departments and external partners, develop practical delivery plans, and report progress to leadership while maintaining strong client engagement. 5+ years in delivery leadership and AI/architecture expertise are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of delivery/management experience in technical projects.
• Proven ability to lead teams of 5+ full-time employees.
• Strong knowledge of solution architecture and AI technology.
• Experience with Python scripting and cloud-based delivery.
• Broad experience in project and delivery management across different project types.

We are hiring a Delivery Manager to strengthen AI delivery and keep complex work organized end-to-end.
