Job summary

EPAM Systems Inc is seeking a Delivery Manager to lead AI delivery initiatives, align teams and partners, and keep complex work organized end-to-end. You will manage risks, scope, and ensure priorities connect to company objectives.

You will drive collaborations across departments and external partners, develop practical delivery plans, and report progress to leadership while maintaining strong client engagement. 5+ years in delivery leadership and AI/architecture expertise are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of delivery/management experience in technical projects.
• Proven ability to lead teams of 5+ full-time employees.
• Strong knowledge of solution architecture and AI technology.
• Experience with Python scripting and cloud-based delivery.
• Broad experience in project and delivery management across different project types.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Coordinate collaboration across internal departments and external partners during execution.
• Develop delivery plans with feasible deadlines and resources.
• Track multiple initiatives, surface risks, and drive solutions.
• Maintain client engagement and provide clear progress reporting to leadership.
