High Country Furniture and Design in the Carolinas is seeking a Delivery Coordinator to act as the single point of contact among customers, vendors, the warehouse, and the delivery crew from the sale to payment. You will build delivery calendars, confirm time windows, and ensure smooth routing across the crew.

You will collect final payments, track outstanding balances, and capture detailed delivery requirements such as stairs, hallways, elevator access, gate codes, and parking.

Formación

• Strong phone and customer service skills.
• Sharp attention to detail on documentation and measurements.
• Comfort with scheduling and order management software and spreadsheets.
• Proven reliability working remotely without daily supervision.
• Furniture retail, logistics, or dispatch experience is a strong plus.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule deliveries: build calendar, confirm windows, sequence stops, and reschedule when plans change.
• Collect balances: take final payment before delivery, track outstanding amounts, follow up.
• Own the delivery form: capture stairs, tight corners, elevator access, gate codes, and parking needs.
• Coordinate special order pickups: track production and confirm goods are ready before dispatch.
• Answer status questions: provide real dates to customers and sales team.
• Flag problems early: aging orders, split shipments, damage claims, stalled items.
