Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree with strong quantitative coursework (e.g., OR, math, data science, statistics).
• Up to 3 years of post‑collegiate experience.
• Fluency in English.

• Exposure to Hadoop ecosystem and databases.

ZS’s Expert Delivery & Global Enablement group partners with clients and project teams to deliver, scale and sustain solutions that help tackle a broad range of business challenges. Within the Analytics track, teams work across multiple projects, turning complex information into practical recommendations and high‑quality deliverables through rigorous analysis, structured problem‑solving and strong project delivery. What You’ll Do

• Develop and apply advanced statistical models that help clients understand dynamic business issues.
• Leverage analytic techniques to use data to guide client and ZS team decision‑making.
• Design and execute custom analyses in R, Tableau, SAS, Visual Basic and Excel to address defined client questions and project needs.
• Synthesize and communicate results to clients and ZS teams through oral and written presentations.
• Develop client communication skills and at times serve as a point of contact for the client Provide client and ZS teams project status updates.
• Create project deliverables and implement solutions.
• Advance problem‑solving skills and improve ZS’s capabilities.
• Guide and mentor Associates on teams.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor's or master's degree required in any discipline with strong record of academic success in quantitative and analytic coursework such as operations research, applied mathematics, management science, data science, statistics, econometrics, or engineering.
• Up to 3 years of relevant post‑collegiate job experience.
• Fluency in English.
• Knowledge of programming (e.g., Java/Python/R).
• Exposure to tools/platforms (e.g., Hadoop eco system and database systems).
• Demonstrated proficiency in a programming language or analytic tool such as R, SAS, Tableau, or VBA.
• High motivation, good work ethic, maturity, and personal initiative.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Empathy, adaptability, and emotional intelligence.
• Strong attention to detail, with a quality‑focused mindset.
• Self‑discipline for planning and organizing tasks.
