• 3–4 years of hands-on DBA experience in production databases.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and Aurora PostgreSQL.
• Experience with AWS, particularly RDS and Aurora.
• Programming experience with PowerShell or Python.
• Experience with Terraform (IaC).
• Experience with Kafka (Confluent Kafka).
• Strong performance tuning and high-availability practices.
• Upper-intermediate English.
