Job summary

Smartrecruiters, Inc. is seeking a Data Migration Lead to coordinate end-to-end planning and execution of a high-impact ERP data migration program.

You will drive cross-functional collaboration across teams, define migration approach and controls, and actively manage risks to ensure a smooth transition to the target system. Proven experience leading large-scale data migrations and strong knowledge of extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation, and loading are required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Data Migration Lead or Team Lead in large-scale programs.
• Strong knowledge of data migration methodology: extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.
• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategies.
• Experience with S/4HANA or similar ERP migration programs is a plus.
• Intermediate to advanced English; daily work in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of data migration activities.
• Ensure data is accurate, complete, and ready for use in the target system.
• Coordinate cross-functional migration teams across workstreams.
• Define the data migration approach, methodology and quality controls.
• Identify, assess and manage migration risks and issues.
• Ensure a smooth and reliable transition with minimal disruption.
• Report migration status to senior stakeholders.
