Job summary

Telos Media is seeking a Data Migration Lead to support a global automotive client through a critical data migration program. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, define the migration approach, and manage risks to ensure a smooth transition to the target system.

This remote, full-time role requires English fluency, availability in UTC working hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM UTC), and CVs submitted in English. Interviews will be conducted in English.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading data migration programs in large enterprises.
• Expertise in extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA or similar ERP migration programs preferred.

Required Skills

• Proven experience as a Data Migration Lead or Team Lead in large-scale enterprise programs
• Strong knowledge of data migration methodology : extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams
• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategiesExperience working in S/4HANA or similar ERP migration programs (preferred)
• Intermediate to advanced English - interviews and daily work conducted in English
• Availability to work in UTC timezone (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
