The Language Doctors is seeking a Paid Marketing Media & Analytics Specialist who thrives on data and owns outcomes. You will manage paid campaigns end-to-end across Google Ads and Meta Ads, from setup to optimization and reporting.

You will work closely with Marketing and Operations, with leadership providing strategy input, and you will deliver weekly performance reports with clear insights and recommendations to improve CPA, ROAS, and conversion rate.

Formación

• 2+ years of proven experience managing digital advertising campaigns.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Strong knowledge of GA4 and GTM.
• Ability to analyze performance data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.

Responsabilidades

• Execute, monitor, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns daily.
• Set up and manage conversion tracking, events, and pixels.
• Analyze KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC, and Conversion Rate.
• Prepare and deliver weekly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Operations teams and support leadership on priorities.
