With 1–2 years in digital marketing, you’ll contribute to growth through data-driven optimizations, collaboration with strategists, and proactive testing of new ideas in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 1–2 years in digital marketing; agency experience a plus.
• Experience with direct response campaigns for e-commerce.
• Proficient with Meta/Google Ads and Google Analytics.

Responsabilidades

• Manage paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok with QA.
• Own timelines, budgets, and day-to-day performance.
• Prepare performance reports with data storytelling.
• Identify growth opportunities and test hypotheses.
