Power Digital, an AI-Native Growth Firm, seeks a Paid Advertising Specialist to support end-to-end strategy and execution for a core client group. You will focus on delivering high-quality campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and more, with strong emphasis on reporting, optimizations, and timely delivery.

Advanced English, strong communication, and a proactive, self-starter attitude are essential as you collaborate with Lead Strategists and contribute to the Nova ecosystem.

Formación

• 1–2 years of digital marketing; Agency experience a plus.
• 1+ years of Direct Response marketing in E-Commerce; Lead Gen and B2B a plus.
• 1+ years experience with Meta or Google Ads for direct response campaigns; other platforms a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain flawless execution across all paid advertising platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.).
• Independently manage timelines, budgets, pacing, and day-to-day performance.
• Execute and optimize paid advertising programs end-to-end, including ad builds and reporting.
• Identify growth opportunities and test hypotheses with data-backed optimizations.
• Incorporate client objectives and brand nuances into execution and strategy.
• Prepare and present performance reports with clear data storytelling.
