Job summary

Syngenta is seeking a Customer Operations & Master Data Specialist to join the team in Vicente López, Buenos Aires. You will manage customer master data and end-to-end orders in SAP, ensuring accuracy, timely delivery and SLA compliance across LATAM South.

You will bridge Commercial, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance and IT to improve service delivery and data governance while turning operational data into actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Advanced student or graduate in Business Administration, Agribusiness, Economics, Information Systems, Supply Chain or related discipline.
• Experience in customer operations, customer service, order management, master data administration or a comparable operational role.
• Clear written and verbal communication in Spanish and English; ability to work effectively across a multicultural, cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain and update customer master records in SAP, Salesforce and other approved systems.
• Validate incoming requests for completeness and approvals before execution.
• Manage customer orders end-to-end in SAP, ensuring accurate processing and SLA compliance.
• Monitor backlog, availability and deliveries, coordinating solutions with relevant teams.
• Resolve operational issues, discrepancies, returns and escalations through stakeholder communication.
• Contribute to operational reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
