iRESTORE is seeking an Operations Associate to support daily supply chain activities, inventory management, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced ecommerce environment.

You will manage purchasing, logistics, data accuracy, and process improvements while working with suppliers across the globe. The role offers growth in a dynamic, technology-driven beauty and wellness brand.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in supply chain operations or data-heavy roles in fast-paced ecommerce.
• Advanced spreadsheet skills and data integrity focus.
• Experience coordinating with domestic and international suppliers and freight forwarders.
• Familiarity with project management tools like ClickUp, Asana, Trello, and Monday.com.
• Knowledge of ERP/WMS systems such as Fulfil, NetSuite, Cin7, or Sage.

Responsabilidades

• Support weekly end-on-hand and sell-through updates and Slack announcements.
• Spot-check planning file formulas, catch errors, and flag stock-out risk and reorder points.
• Support forecast reviews, new SKU setup, and syncing marketing promos.
• Track order ETAs and align timelines across teams.
• Manage PO and shipping processes, vendor invoices, and payment requests.
• Coordinate quotes and delivery with freight forwarders for imports to the US and domestic carriers.
• Drive SOP improvements with Loom walkthroughs and participate in ad-hoc projects.
