KittySpout is seeking a Creative Strategist to turn insights into ad concepts that convert across Meta, TikTok, and other paid social channels. This fully remote, full-time role focuses on leading creative testing, developing data-backed hypotheses, and delivering clear briefs for creators, editors, and designers to scale winning ads.

You’ll collaborate with account managers and production teams, maintaining a high creative bar, and moving fast with weekly output.

Competenze

• 1–3 years of paid social creative experience (eCommerce preferred).
• Proven portfolio of paid social creatives, especially UGC-style ads for platforms like TikTok and Meta.
• Ability to translate performance data into actionable creative next steps and briefs.
• Strong copywriting, hooks, framing, pacing, structure, and storytelling skills.

• Own the full creative strategy loop: hypothesis → test → learn → scale.
• Lead creative testing for 3–5 eCommerce brands across Meta, TikTok, and other paid social platforms.
• Develop data-backed creative hypotheses, plan structured tests, and iterate to scale winners.
• Write clear, actionable creative briefs for creators, editors, and designers.
• Review ad performance to identify winning angles and next-round opportunities.
• Partner with Account Managers to connect creative insights to campaign KPIs and client reporting.
• Maintain a high creative bar with consistent weekly output and fast production.
