KittySpout is seeking a Creative Strategist for a fully remote, full-time role serving US/Canada markets. You will lead creative testing and direction across multiple eCommerce accounts, turning insights into ad concepts that convert.

Collaborate with creators, editors, designers, and managers to scale winning ads on Meta, TikTok, and other paid channels. You’ll own the full creative strategy loop—hypothesis to scale—while maintaining a high bar for output and speed.

Formación

• 1–3 years of paid social creative experience, preferably in eCommerce.
• Proven ability to drive measurable results (CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS).
• Strong portfolio of paid social creatives, especially UGC-style ads.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full creative strategy loop: hypothesis → test → learn → scale.
• Lead testing for 3–5 eCommerce brands across Meta, TikTok, and other platforms.
• Write clear, actionable creative briefs for creators, editors, and designers.
• Review performance to identify winning angles and next steps.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to tie insights to KPIs and reporting.
• Maintain high creative standards with consistent weekly output.
• Keep production moving fast without sacrificing quality.
