Power Digital Marketing is seeking a Creative Strategist (Paid Ads) to turn insights into high-converting ad concepts. You will own creative testing and direction across ecommerce accounts, scaling winning ideas through structured experimentation and sharp strategy.

This fully remote, full-time role is ideal for someone who blends creative instincts with performance thinking and enjoys collaborating with creators, editors, designers, and account managers across Meta, TikTok, and other paid

Competenze

• Experience in developing paid social creatives for ecommerce
• Ability to translate insights into data-backed creative hypotheses
• Strong understanding of hooks, framing, pacing and storytelling
• Portfolio of paid social creatives, especially UGC-style ads

Mansioni

• Own the full creative strategy loop: hypothesis → test → learn → scale
• Lead creative testing across 3–5 ecommerce brands
• Write clear, actionable briefs for creators, editors, and designers
• Review performance data to identify winning angles and next steps
• Partner with account managers to connect creative insights to KPIs
• Maintain a high creative bar with consistent weekly output
• Keep production moving fast without sacrificing quality
