KittySpout is seeking a Creative Strategist (Paid Ads) to own the full creative strategy loop from hypothesis to scale. You’ll lead testing across multiple ecommerce brands on Meta, TikTok, and other paid social channels, and collaborate with creators, editors, designers, and managers to scale winning ads with data-backed insights.

The role is fully remote and full-time, ideal for someone who blends creative instinct with performance metrics and enjoys turning insights into actionable campaigns

• Lead creative testing and direction across 3–5 ecommerce brands across Meta, TikTok, and other paid social
• Provide clear briefs for creators, editors, and designers with precise hooks and CTAs
