Abbott in Argentina seeks an AS&T Manager to provide strategic leadership for Analytical Science & Technology across LATAM, supporting manufacturing sites and ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will lead technology transfers, ensure GMP compliance, drive continuous improvement, and develop a regional analytics team, with strong performance management and cross-functional collaboration. Fluent English and Spanish are required; international travel may be necessary.

Formación

• Requires strong leadership and project management skills.

• Experience in analytical sciences, method validation, and transfers preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide regional leadership for Analytical Science & Technology (AS&T) across LATAM manufacturing sites.
• Lead product lifecycle support, tech transfers, and implementation across sites.
• Drive regulatory compliance remediation, GMP readiness, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop and mentor a diverse regional analytics team and manage performance.
