AgileEngine in Mendoza is seeking a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions turning enterprise data into actionable insights.

You will need 4+ years of experience with Power BI dashboards and reports, strong data modeling (DAX) skills, SQL proficiency, and experience with Snowflake or SAP-based data sources, plus upper-intermediate English. The role involves Agile collaboration across distributed teams and remote/offices.

Competenze

• 4+ years of professional experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI data modeling, DAX, and visualization best practices.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational and analytical data.
• Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud-based enterprise data platforms.
• Experience with SAP HANA, SAP data, or SAP-based source systems.

Mansioni

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand processes, KPIs, data definitions, and analytical needs.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for clear, actionable insights.
• Translate business requirements into data models, metrics, visualizations, and reporting solutions.
• Coordinate data availability with IT and data source owners.
• Support onboarding and integration of data into Snowflake and SAP sources.
• Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across source system → data platform → semantic/model → Power BI.
• Collaborate to improve data quality, consistency, and reliability.
• Promote reusable data models and standardized KPI definitions.
• Provide guidance on effective data visualization for decision-making.
• Document data definitions, reporting logic, KPIs, and technical solutions.
• Work in an Agile delivery environment with distributed teams.
