Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Cyber Security Resiliency Technical Analyst in Buenos Aires (Hybrid) to join the Office of the CISO. You will analyze data and telemetry to identify exposure risks, develop dashboards, and drive improvements in resiliency across the security program.

The role requires 2–5 years in cybersecurity operations, familiarity with NIST CSF, HITRUST, and CCM, plus experience with data analytics tools like PowerBI.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in cybersecurity operations, vulnerability management, or cyber risk analysis.
• 1 year of experience performing data analytics with visualization tools, e.g., PowerBI.
• Strong familiarity with security frameworks such as NIST CSF, HITRUST, and CCM.
• Understanding of CVSS, EPSS, KEV, and other prioritization methods.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Knowledge of Exposure Management, Vulnerability Management, and security assessments.
• Aspire to work with AWS, Azure, OCI, and MITRE ATT&CK framework.
• Experience in threat modeling and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Support the cyber resiliency program and exposure management initiatives.
• Develop reports and dashboards tracking resiliency metrics and exposure trends.
• Evaluate vulnerability, configuration, and operational telemetry to identify weaknesses.
• Implement KPI and metric reporting; partner with security architects and engineers.
• Collaborate with operations teams to define resiliency metrics and validate risks.
• Correlate threat data to prioritize remediation and understand policy configurations.
