Brainlabs is seeking a Data Analyst to own data flow between operations, data warehouse and business tools. You will ensure data is well structured, synced and trustworthy as it moves through BigQuery and back into daily tools like Notion.

You’ll own HubSpot data quality, lifecycle stages and governance at scale. You will work with finance, ops and client leadership to translate technical decisions into non-technical terms, build scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and support fast-paced data initiatives

Formación

• Deep experience designing and managing data structures (objects, properties, relationships) with strong governance.
• Ability to translate non-technical briefs into actionable data plans and communicate clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfort with fast-moving rollouts while planning for long-term architecture as requirements evolve.
• Experience building ETL/ELT pipelines and ensuring data lineage and quality.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain integrations moving operating system data into the data warehouse.
• Sync data warehouse data back into systems to enable complete workflows and data lifecycles.
• Debug data discrepancies and automate preventive solutions.
• Own HubSpot as a system of record, managing data quality and governance at scale.
• Collaborate with finance, operations, and business teams; translate technical decisions for stakeholders.
