We are looking for an Analytics Engineer to help build, maintain, and improve our analytics and data ecosystem. This role will be part of the Data team and work across data transformation, integration, orchestration, and business intelligence, partnering closely with teams such as Finance and Marketing to translate business requirements into reliable and scalable data solutions.

Key Requirements

• Strong SQL skills, with hands-on experience querying and transforming data in BigQuery and building analytics models using dbt.
• Experience with data modeling and data transformation, including building and maintaining reliable, analytics-ready datasets and implementing data quality and testing practices.
• Experience building and maintaining data pipelines and workflows using Apache Airflow, including troubleshooting and supporting production DAGs.
• Experience with data integration and ETL/ELT workflows, including:
• Using Fivetran or similar tools to ingest data into a data warehouse such as BigQuery.
• Building and maintaining reverse ETL/data activation workflows from the warehouse to platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Braze.
• Experience building, maintaining, and troubleshooting Tableau reports and dashboards.
• Understanding of how to effectively model and expose BigQuery data for Tableau, with consideration for data quality, usability, and query performance.
• Working knowledge of Git and GitHub, including pull requests, code reviews, and standard version-control workflows.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to gather requirements and translate business needs from teams such as Finance and Marketing into scalable data solutions.
• An AI-driven mindset, with experience using AI-assisted tools such as Claude or similar solutions to improve productivity, automate repetitive tasks, and accelerate development and analytics workflows. The candidate should also be comfortable identifying and proposing opportunities to leverage AI to improve processes across the Data team and broader organization.

Nice to Have

• Experience with RudderStack, particularly event tracking, customer data pipelines, and reverse ETL/data activation.
• Experience with CI/CD practices, particularly using GitHub and automated workflows for data projects.
• Hands-on experience working within Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Experience working with data in a franchise-based business environment.
• Previous experience in the healthcare or health and wellness industry.
