Talan Group is seeking a dedicated cybersecurity risk manager to coordinate cybersecurity and technology risk-management activities for the assigned product area. The role focuses on enabling the adoption of global defenses, implementing minimum requirements, and reporting to strengthen governance.

This position emphasizes automating manual controls and ensuring compliance with regulatory and corporate best practices.

Formación

• Experience in security assessments, risk analysis, or review of technology controls.
• Intermediate/advanced knowledge of AI development tools (highly valued: Devin, GitHub Copilot).
• Practical knowledge of agents, automated workflows, and AI applied to business processes.
• Experience working with APIs, databases, and integration/orchestration tools.
• Experience in process automation and operational improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Implementation of Group Cybersecurity Strategy: Ensure adoption of minimum requirements for Global Controls aligned with the business risk appetite as part of the cybersecurity strategy.
• Risk Assurance & Management: Assess and evaluate cybersecurity and technology risks (projects, third parties, systems, and information).
• Automation of Manual Cybersecurity Controls: Automate area-specific manual controls using AI-based solutions.
