Talan Spain is seeking an AI-Assisted Code Analyst to design, analyze, and optimize software solutions by combining modern software engineering with AI-powered development tools. You will review and improve existing applications, reduce technical debt, and help deliver secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions for Trading Controls applications, working closely with cross-functional teams.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a Software Developer or Code Analyst.
• Strong experience with Java, JDBC, J2EE, Spring Boot, JavaScript, Maven, Node.js, HTML, Oracle DB, REST APIs.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Devin, and similar assistants.
• Proven ability to improve code quality and reduce technical debt.
• Knowledge of application security and code quality tools (SonarQube, Fortify).
• Experience in Agile environments.
• Spanish: C1 minimum; English: B1 minimum (B2 preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop technical solutions meeting business and technical requirements.
• Analyze, review, and optimize Java and Spring Boot applications for quality and performance.
• Reduce technical debt by applying best coding practices.
• Leverage AI-powered development tools to accelerate analysis and documentation.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to identify bottlenecks and improvements.
• Support backend and frontend development following modern standards.
• Contribute to CI/CD processes.
• Document solutions using JIRA, Confluence, and ALM.
• Collaborate with production support to resolve issues.
• Ensure applications meet cybersecurity and quality standards.
